Snowball Cookies

The cookie with an interesting name. Although not as fun as the urban dictionary definition, I think you’ll enjoy these nonetheless. They’re light, buttery, and deliciously sweet bite size cookies that might be more addictive than nose candy. Enjorb!

Ingredients
  1. ½ pound - Butter, unsalted
  2. ½ cup - Sugar
  3. 1 - Egg Yolk
  4. 1 tbsp - Half & Half
  5. 1 tsp - Vanilla Extract
  6. 2 cup - All Purpose Flour
  7. ½ tsp - Baking Powder
  8. ½ cup - Walnuts, chopped
  9. 1 pkg - Powdered Sugar
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray so cookies do not stick.
  2. Sift together flour and baking powder; set aside. Cream together butter, sugar, vanilla, cream and egg yolk in a mixer until fluffy. Gradually add flour mixture, mixing well until blended. Fold in chopped nuts.
  3. Roll dough into large marble size balls and place about an inch apart.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes. Let the cookies cool for a moment on the pan.
  5. Open package of powdered sugar and put into large bowl. Place cookies into the bowl and mix. Use slotted spoon to remove cookies.
