A Swedish butter cookie recipe that's amazing!

Ingredients
- ½ pound - Butter, unsalted
- ½ cup - Sugar
- 1 - Egg Yolk
- 1 tbsp - Half & Half Cream
- 1 tsp - Vanilla Extract
- 2 cup - All Purpose Flour
- ½ tsp - Baking Powder
- ½ cup - Walnuts, chopped
- Toppings, as you desire (jam, cherries, walnuts, etc)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray so cookies do not stick.
- Sift together flour and baking powder; set aside. Cream together butter, sugar, vanilla, cream and egg yolk in a mixer until fluffy. Gradually add flour mixture, mixing well until blended. Fold in chopped nuts.
- Roll dough into large marble size balls and place about an inch apart. With your thumb, gently press down into the cookie to create a reservoir. Top with whatever toppings you choose.
- Bake for 20 minutes. Let the cookies cool for a moment on the pan before moving to a cooling rack.
