Sock It to Me Cake

This one is a family favorite. Like me, it’s simple, quick, and easy. It might have some interesting cake ingredients, but don’t let that scare you away from wrapping your tongue around it. Careful though, one bite of this moist delight and you might end up with the yellow fever!

Ingredients
  1. 1 box - Duncan Heinz Golden Cake Mix
  2. ½ cup - Sugar
  3. ¾ cup - Oil
  4. 8 oz - Sour Cream
  5. 4 - Eggs
  6. 4 tsp - Brown Sugar, packed
  7. 1 tsp - Cinnamon
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. Mix cake mix and granulated sugar together. Add oil, eggs and sour cream to the cake mix.
  3. Pour half of the batter into a bundt cake pan.
  4. Mix 4 tsp of brown sugar & 1 tsp of cinnamon together and sprinkle onto cake batter in pan.
  5. Pour rest of the batter into the cake pan.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes. Use toothpick to test cake, when clean, the cake is done.
Notes
  1. You can make a simple icing to drizzle over the cake if you want, but it's delicious without it.
